IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
It is the parents/guardians responsibility to update Public Health each time their child receives an immunization. The Vaccine Preventable Diseases team at Grey Bruce Public Health continues to promote the use of Immunize Connect Ontario or ICON as a method for reporting and updating immunization records. They have developed a poster Using ICON - Simplified to assist parents/guardians in updating their child's immunization records.
