Vaccine Clinic Reminder for Secondary Students’ Parents
Public Health will be conducting vaccine clinics at our school on February 13th and 15th for students to receive routine vaccines. Each student who is due for these vaccines received a letter several weeks ago and consent forms are to be filled out and returned to the school. Vaccines to protect them against Meningococcal, Hepatitis B and Human Papillomavirus, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis diseases will be administered by nurses from Grey Bruce Public Health while students are at school. Some of these vaccines are not typically available at your Doctor’s office.
NO COVID 19 VACCINES will be given at school
- Please complete the consent form and return to the school.
- On the day of the clinic students should wear a short sleeve shirt and eat breakfast.
- If you or your child have concerns about needles or requires any special accommodations, please contact the Grey Bruce Public Health to speak with a nurse as soon as possible prior to the clinic date.
