Public Heath is conducting a vaccine clinic at OSDSS on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.  The Vaccine Clinic Reminder - November 2025 provides additional information for parents and students.

The vaccine clinic is being conducted in the library located on the 2nd floor.

The consent forms were to be returned to the school office by November 14, 2025.  If your child has not yet returned their completed consent form, please have them bring it to the clinic with them.
